[mobile-iwg] Re: [sequoyah-dev] Re: Eclipse Sequoyah Release/Graduation review slides: DRAFT 1

Hi Anne,

We submitted our IPLog as it was, just to make sure we don't delay the process any further. If we need to make any corrections, please just let us know and we'll provide them ASAP.
I also read the automated IPLog wiki and understood that bug 304665 will not show up because it was a bug I submitted, but bug 308897 is still a mistery to me. :)

Hi Anne,

Sorry we didn't make a real submission of the IPLog. In our talk about using the automated IPLog I understood that since all bugs were marked with the iplog+ flag, the IPLog would be automatically generated. Now I took a closer look at the iplog page and saw the "submit" button.
But before pressing it, I would like to check two points:
1) We have old bugs that were moved from TmL in that page. Should we remove them and keep only the latest ones, I mean, the ones created since release 0.4?
2) I marked bugs 304665 and 308897 as iplog+, but they are not showing up in the automated iplog tool. How should we proceed with these cases?

Regarding the half-page summary we are going to send you as soon as possible.

Hi Eric -- your docuware for Helios looks great. When you get a chance, we'll also need that brief half-page or so text file summarizing the release. Thanks.

Did you submit your IP Log for Helios? You mentioned that the docuware was your last requirement, but I don't recall seeing your IP Log submission.

Attached are the first draft of the release review slides for Sequoyah
for the Helios train.  As we also wish the project to graduate from
incubation to mature project, the slides also have information about
the project's maturity.

Please review and make comments.

These slides represent the last requirement for the Helios train.
