[mobile-iwg] current repository.properties file

Hi guys,

 

This is the current repository file that we have on pulsar. Each SDK provider should still this file with their information and send back to me until next Tuesday – may 26^th. (end of the day). I need to commit this to the Pulsar since this information currently is hardcoded.
