[mobile-iwg] MTJ build adapted to Pulsar

hi,
i just adapted the MTJ build to have a pulsar specific features & plugins and also a pulsar specific download, i created a basic org.eclipse.mtj.pulsar features and two plugins org.eclipse.mtj.pulsar.core and org.eclipse.mtj.pulsar.ui
there is already an initial build on MTJ nightly build that for now have some empty quickinstall services classes / interfaces based on the design that i sent last week and also the Pulsar features/plugins download. but i still need to update the download site with it.
this structure will make it easy for everyone to create patches and generate their contributions. current we do nightly builds of MTJ every tuesday and friday (or when requested).
it you want to start working, please check out those three projects from MTJ SVN. For instructions on how to do it, please refer to: http://www.eclipse.org/dsdp/mtj/development/svnsetup.php (Derect manual connection to MTJ Repositories) and then check out features/org.eclipse.mtj.pulsar, plugins/org.eclipse.mtj.pulsar.core and plugins/org.eclipse.mtj.pulsar.ui
i will be OOO in the next days, so if there is any issue with that, some of the others MTJ committers can check on monday.
