Hi Ian,

Yes, we talked about this in the meeting last week, and the preference 
would be to do the F2F on Monday, parallel with the "New Member Track".
This was the most convenient time for everyone on the call.

Based on the interest in the call, I suspect a ~15-25 participant turn 
out. My preference would be if we have a projector and a 
whiteboard/flipchart for the meeting.
