NO.

The version number abuse confuses p2 into being unable to distinguishGalileo and Helios releases. This allows mix-and-match from Galileo andHelios update sites. I managed to create a configuration in whichinvoking the Sample Ecore Editor gave a perverse Class Not Found Exception.
