Hi Anders,
There is a new Eclipse MDT project proposal that would merge Topcased and
Papyrus into a new Eclipse project.  We discussed this at an EclipseCon BOF
devoted to the topic of UML2Tools.

The question is whether Topecased or Papyrus, in its current release, is
sufficient for use in designing the SBVR project metamodel?  I believe that
their diagrams are not interchangable.  Do they both work directly on .uml
model files?
