[mdt-ocl.dev] Question regarding building Javadoc locally

If I want to test the documentation and I launch a target workbench, the 
Javadocs for the API reference part aren't there. Is there any easy way 
to trigger the Javadoc generation locally other than fiddling with the 
command line tool and hoping I get the output structure set properly?
