[mdt-ocl.dev] Opened CQ for OCL Impact Analyzer

Hi,

now that the last dependency of 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=323223 got resolved, I've 
opened https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4850 for the OCL 
Impact Analyzer, just to be on the safe side, because some work during 
the initial migration of the impact analyzer from our internal MOF 
repository project with its own OCL implementation to EMF was performed 
by a student who at the time was not under contract by SAP but has 
already expressed his consent with contributing the code under EPL.

As soon as I receive the approval, I'll commit the remaining six bundles 
to the examples section. This should then complete 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=323223.
