I think this is only needed for standalone, since I think anyone else 
gets it from Orbit these days.

There may be a simplification here. It would certainly be good to 
'resolve' the need for two variants of Orbit repository name in the map 
file.

How practical is it to do a 3.0.2 I-build to pick up the latest 
OCLinEcore patches?
