RE: [mdt-ocl.dev] 3.1.0 N-builds

Hi Adolfo

We don't need to do an M1.

There is a moderate risk that we will cause someone else trouble if we rush.

So lets do an M1 in a couple of days time, promote it, but not publicize it.

And I'll put my patches in for it.
