Adolfo,
you need to ask for commit rights on the org.eclipse.indigo.build ... I
asked for mine last week
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=322370) so I may be able
to commit the mdt-ocl.b3aggrcon if you'd like to.

It should be the same cause of not being able to run the bucky-builds:
"not being part of the co-ordinated release group".
I'll hurry up the webmaster to include me in the callisto-dev group.
