[mddi-dev] Commit rights for Andrey Sadovykh

Hello all,

I would like to recommend Andrey Sadovykh for commit rights on the MDDi team.

Andrey has been a key developer of the ModelBus adapter and toolkit. He implemented many components
currently in the ModelBus code base (see

and authored related user documentation:
