Okay, that's fine, lets go with just the existing 4 platforms on 2021-06.
If there is demand we can add the other two later or for another release
as the Eclipse Platform already has them and so it is just a small
build change and then testing.

Krum, please could you check what I've done so far and then do the
final release steps.

We also need some instructions explaining the need for Java 11, where
to get it:

or perhaps an Eclipse installation, and how to specify it:
via PATH
via -vm argument
via -vm argument in MemoryAnalyzer.ini (before -vmargs)
or for ParseHeapDump.bat, copy MemoryAnalyzer.ini to eclipsec.ini
and add a -vm argument (before -vmargs)

When that is done please could you also update Eclipse Marketplace https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=569805.
