Rick,  to follow-up on what Andy mentioned.
That REST/MQTT interface and integration discussion did start in the M2M-IWG
call with some core scenarios
but it is definitely a topic we
want to open up. I put James' first pass here
on the Wiki. 

Please let us know what you think,  and
then perhaps we can use this mailing list, and/or I can set up a separate
Wiki section.

Also, a few of us have been working
with a working group at the Continua Healthcare alliance that is spec'ing
MQTT, and is a similar stage of looking at how it fits with REST and HTTP.

That's what we have been discussing
on the M2M IWG weekly calls - I was asked to share existing implementations
that I was aware of to seed the discussion - I think Scott and Arlen have
the initiative here, but I would need to double-check the meeting minutes
to be sure.
