That sounds a lot like the issue with some of the AV software.  Try accessing those URLs through a browser and see if you're able to there.  (I'm able to download those w/o issue here.)

Gets to 49% every time and then times out and reports a problem reading.

(Same with the Eclipse Marketplace interface)


Currently trying the Juno update site where there is a different, not current M2E build. It is taking "forever" (about an hour so far) but has not timed out.



Any insight would be appreciated,
