[m2e-users] Problem with M2E update site??

Anybody else having trouble with the the update site?

Using:

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.

Version: Juno Service Release 2

Build id: 20130225-0426

Update Site:

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases/1.3/1.3.1.20130219-1424

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases/

Gets to 49% every time and then times out and reports a problem reading.

(Same with the Eclipse Marketplace interface)

Currently trying the Juno update site where there is a different, not current M2E build. It is taking "forever" (about an hour so far) but has not timed out.

Any insight would be appreciated,
