They download fine for me, though I did have an issue installing something Saturday evening but it worked fine Sunday.  I would suggest trying again, it doesn't appear there are any issues.

- It has also nothing to do with my Eclipse installation or any settings - i tried to download the files directly via the browser with the same result.

Any support appreciated!
