[m2e-users] relative path

m2e tool if use external maven,
and configuration is a relative path. Modify the following
file
workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings\org.eclipse.m2e.core.prefs

the external maven tools conf
directory path where the settings.xml file does not take
