[m2e-dev] URL for stable dev builds repo

On [1] it says that stable dev builds can be found at:

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/updates/N/

which I believe is incorrect and I'd like to correct that. The correct url would be the milestones repo as explained on [2], right?
