Hi,

We are planning to remove the JenaTdbStoreImpl implementation of the Store interface in Lyo 5.0 as well. Rationale:

Quite a few operations are not supported.
Uses TDB1 instead of TDB2 with better transaction support.
There is a way to run a Store backed by a local TDB while still using SPARQL queries.

The class has been deprecated for a while.
