[lyo-dev] OSLC4J 1.0 update

The Lyo project is going through the Eclipse release process for what
will be called Lyo 1.0. This consists of OSLC4J and the OSLC Test
Suites. OSLC4J is packaged as either a) a zip which includes OSLC4J
+ all of its dependencies at versions approved by the Eclipse
Foundation + the Javadoc or b) a zip of the OSLC4J jars only and you,
the consumer, provide the dependencies. The OSLC test suites will
continue to be provided as source and are intended to be run using the
Eclipse IDE JUnit support. The test suites are actively being
enhanced, so be sure to get the latest.

Once the release is approved, we'll look at making the jars available
from Maven Central as well.
