Hi Everyone,

There were an overwhelming 827 submissions to our logo contest. I would 
like to thank the many artists. It is unfortunate we could only choose 
one as a winner given so many excellent submissions.

Thank you to our focus group (people who have participated at least one 
LocationTech meeting). The focus group selected a winner. Thus, I am 
happy to announce that we now have a logo. Please see the attached. I 
have to say I really like it! It's distinctive, functional, and attractive.

Related, the web site will be on-line soon. We are getting ever closer 
to launch.

For those interested in membership or bringing your project to 
LocationTech, now is the time to join and capture long-lived notoriety 
for being a founder.
