[linuxtools-dev] Linux Tools 7.7.0 release available

Our 7.7.0 release of Linux Tools for Eclipse 2020-06 is now available

from our update site.  The release is mostly bug fixes and includes

the replacement of our com.spotify.docker-client dependency with

org.mandas.docker-client.  The com.spotify.docker-client is unsupported

upstream so thanks to Tony Homer for creating the new docker-client

and updating dependencies in Orbit.

The tag v7.7.0 maps to commit def12deb3efa498856315a2b82a5ce6606c04591

and corresponds to build 5 in the Jenkins linuxtools-7.7 job.
