As OProfile is no longer supported in recent distros, Linux Tools is announcing the removal of the OProfile feature and associated plug-ins. For those who are still using OProfile, older versions of Linux Tools / Eclipse can be used or else it is recommended to switch over to use Perf.

Linux Tools 7.4.0 shipped with 2019-09 will be the last release to support OProfile and it is available with the 2019-09 C/C++ EPP download.
