Re: [linuxtools-dev] Kepler SR2 Preparations

OK, just to make sure we're on the same page, here's what I'm going to do:
- Bump the Linux Tools parent pom to 2.2.1 (because some of its children
contain bug fixes)
Bump the plugins and features that contain changes:
- org.eclipse.linuxtools.oprofile.ui
- org.eclipse.linuxtools.oprofile.ui.tests
- org.eclipse.linuxtools.oprofile.launch
- org.eclipse.linuxtools.oprofile-feature
- The lttng plugins and features
