Yes, if you have made fixes for 2.2.1, please go ahead and bump the
version numbers from 2.2 to 2.2.1 in the stable-2.2 branch.  Make sure the same plug-ins/features
on master are not behind (i.e. are 2.2.1 or greater).

Hi Jeff,

Should we bump the versions to 2.2.1? I can go ahead and do that if you
want. I think it's a bit less confusing to the user than just relying on
the build qualifier.
