[linuxtools-dev] Commit rights for Niels Thykier have been expired

Alexander Kurtakov has expired the commit rights for Niels Thykier
(nthykier).  The reason for this change is:

Removing Niels as he indicated he would not do anymore work and he hasn't
done in significant time. Thanks a lot Niels for helping bootstrap
eclipse-build!!!
