[linuxtools-dev] Commit rights for Nick Boldt have been expired

Andrew Overholt has expired the commit rights for Nick Boldt (nickb).  The
reason for this change is:

Nick was crucial to our early releng efforts.  Without him we would not
have had a working build nor would we have had fancy Hudson jobs and JUnit
result reporting.  We could not have been a part of the simultaneous
release without Nick's kind assistance and for that we thank him.  Now that
we've moved on to using Tycho we are thankfully in less need of Nick's
direct releng help.
