Hi, I just tested with the artifacts produced by the last build (#302,
from git commit
850eacb5e47e527fc4df97a266714688712d81cf, Jeff Johnston

Unfortunately there are still no devhelp-related files in the produced
build, which
can be easily verified if you look there:
https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-linuxtools-Indigo/302/artifact/releng/org.eclipse.linuxtools.releng-site/target/repository/plugins/
The feature also doesn't seem to be available in the nightly repository
