Hi,

If anyone has any IP-related changes they'd like to see in our Indigo
release, please note the details and dates below.  This includes large
code contributions and new dependencies.

As always, I'm available to discuss any issues like this if you have
questions (not that I'll necessarily know the answer but I'll pass along
to the right person if I don't).
