Hi,

The votes are in and no one said anything negative.  I will start the
process of moving our sources to git.  I will send out links to getting
started guides, etc. once we're closer to actually switching.

If people have pointers to good guides when they learned git, I'm sure
those of us less experienced with git would appreciate you sharing them.
