[linuxtools-dev] Simultaneous release inclusion

Hi,

I've updated our release engineering document to include some more
details on participating in the simultaneous release.

One thing to note is that our Indigo contribution file still takes from
our Helios contribution update site ('update-helios').  We will need to
create 'update-indigo' and copy *signed* builds from trunk to it.
