[linux-distros-dev] Licenses problems

... hi.
While packaging eclipse 3.3, we came accross some files with licenses that
would forbid us to redistribute eclipse.
E.g.:

./plugins/org.eclipse.jdt.apt.core/src/com/sun/mirror/apt/AnnotationProcessors.java:
/**
 * @(#)AnnotationProcessors.java  1.2 04/06/21
 *
 * Copyright 2004 Sun Microsystems, Inc. All rights reserved.
 * SUN PROPRIETARY/CONFIDENTIAL. Use is subject to license terms.
 */

and in ./eclipse/plugins/javax.servlet_2.4.0.v200705291052.jar
javax.servlet_2.4.0.v200705291052.jar/javax/servlet/resources/web-app_2_3.dtd:

--------
what do you do about these files? Just expect them to be overseen and
distribute anyways? Or did I oversee something in the licensing jungle?
I opened a bug:

Daniel
