[jwt-dev] JWT Move: SVN & Update Site

Hi all,

as one of the last parts of the move process, the build process has been 
updated to use the SVN repos. PLEASE DON'T USE CVS ANYMORE!
The links on the website have been updated to point to soa.jwt (but 
should be checked for validity once the website is refreshed).

The update sites are now located at:

http://download.eclipse.org/jwt/update-site
http://download.eclipse.org/jwt/stable-update-site
http://download.eclipse.org/jwt/integration-update-site

The features (and their containing projects) have been renamed to 
org.eclipse.jwt.feature & org.eclipse.jwt.test.feature due to 
requirements of the PDE build process. Maybe at some point in the future 
we should consider applying this scheme to all plugins (e.g. 
org.eclipse.jwt.metamodel instead of jwt-metamodel) to conform to common 
Eclipse practices.
