[jwt-dev] AW: move review slides v2

Hi Marc, hi Chris,

please find attached the next version of the move review slides. I added
some more comments (in red again, so they can be differentiated to Marc's
comments in green) and think that the slides are already quite stable and
near to finalization.

As this a concern for all JWT interested persons, I opened up the discussion
to the jwt-dev-mailing list, so others can join the discussion and share
their ideas about the move from the Technology TLP to the newly founded SOA
TLP.
