[jwt-dev] How to prepare a new release

as promised in our last telco, I now made a “brain dump” ;-) about the tasks that need to be performed in order to create a new JWT release. Actually, the documentation that we already had on the wiki pages were quite good. I only refined them and adapted them to the things that I have been aware of, so you can now find on
