Why do we have two different CQs for Hector?

[CQ "4794"]
    description = hector Version: 0.7.0-22 (*Including Changed Commit one file)
    license = MIT License
    use = unmodified source & binary
    state = approved

[CQ "4563"]
    description = hector Version: 0.7.0-18
    license = MIT license
    use = unmodified source & binary
    state = approved

I guess we should use the newer 4794 version 0.7.0-22 one?
