This issue would appear to be timing related, so the limited testing I did on master was insufficient. I filed the following issue; https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=415330 I did not set this to "blocker", but I suspect it's fairly close. I will be surprised if this only happens on Windows 7.
