[jdt-ui-dev] New version of SEF Refactoring

Hi

here is a new patch for the SEF Refactoring adapted to the changes
in the newest integration build.
I have still no test cases because I can't get the test cases from the CVS
to run with the JUnit plugin of eclipse (seems to be a problem with
the newest integration build, since in an old version it ran smoothly).

any suggestions ?
