In an ideal world, perhaps. I will not go into details why this "ideal world" 
does not exist. I'm willing to drop this particular issue of Object Teams, if 
everybody just keeps in mind: every code change in JDT will possibly affect - 
perhaps break - some other project out there.

This was just said to establish that every code change needs to be justified by 
an observable benefit that vaguely corresponds to the surface area of the 
change. Huge change with microscopic benefit is not profitable. Hence my quest 
for reports of actual observations of benefit.
