[jdt-core-dev] All 3.4RC3 bugs have been verified

Version v_871 of org.eclipse.jdt.core
project is the JDT/Core contribution for 3.4RC3.
 
Thanks to all verifiers (David and myself
:-) )
 
HEAD is now reopened for development.
However do not forget the rules for RC4:  
any fix that goes in HEAD should be
approved/reviewed by 2 component leads and
it should be reviewed by 2 other committers.
