Merge is done now and both branches were versionned just after:
- R3_1_maintenance: "v_570a_R31x"
- HEAD: "v_570b_HEAD_merged_with_R3_1_maintenance"

Frederic is doing the merge now, and once this is done. HEAD and
R3_1_maintenance are expected to diverge.
Each committer is now expected to do the backporting of a change into the
other stream (if applicable).
