Which version of Eclipse are you trying to patch ?
The simplest would be to download a recent 3.0 integration build from
Eclipse, like 3.0 RC3 build from
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index.php.
If not then look at section "Getting the sources" on page
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/jdt-core-home/r3.0/main.html
then once having retrieved the proper version of sources, you can apply the
patch using 'Team>Apply patch' action.

hi,
i experienced the bug 42366 ,ıÜüClasspath validation error message removed
while rebuilding a project , and downloaded the fix.
but i dont know how to apply it. i didnot do any installation for eclipse,
just downloaded the zip file which contains the exe file.
so i would like to learn how to apply this fix.
