[jdt-core-dev] applying bug fix

hi,

i experienced the bug 42366 ,ıÜüClasspath validation error message removed
while rebuilding a project , and downloaded the fix.
but i dont know how to apply it. i didnot do any installation for eclipse,
just downloaded the zip file which contains the exe file.

so i would like to learn how to apply this fix.
