[jdt-core-dev] Harmonization of Java Model and DOM AST heuristics to get

Bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=54204 shows that
heuristics to get extended source range was different using Java Model or
DOM AST APIs.

We're currently working on harmonization of these heuristics and proposal
for a new common one has been done in an attached document of bug 54204.

If you feel concerned by this change please provide your feedback on this
proposal as soon as possible.
