Re: [jakarta.ee-wg] Call to Action: Create a weekly reminder via media on Content Contribution to the Jakarta EE blog
Hi Amelia,

We've already setup rolling tweets for the Jakarta EE blog that get published monthly, we don't want to over-saturate the channel with too many CTA's, but it's good to have a monthly reminder about the blogs page. We also have a monthly "get social" post and a "join the meetup" group.

Therefore, I'd like to ask the Marketing Committee to have their channels to help push these messages when they come out from the official channel, as well as post their own promoting the blogs platform.

This aligns with the early message sent about 24/7 scheduled messages are are sent hopefully weekly as necessary  on establishing how truly EASY it is to Contribute video/sessions/blogs etc to the Jakarta EE blog.  It welcomes anyone, anywhere to be a part of it. 

The blog system is finally set up via git!

My recommendation is 1 per week push, yet other’s feedback is most welcomed! :)

Many of you have chosen to write your ideas/concerns/feedback via your blog platforms since last week’s announcement on “… the javax package namespace cannot be evolved by the Jakarta EE community. As well, Java trademarks such as the existing specification names cannot be used by Jakarta EE specifications.”  

The individuals' blogs influx have been most positive with formidable healthy re-tweets facilitating exchanges via diverse open forums. 
Issue: I cannot add or properly trace each one of those blogs in the minutes, I fear I will miss many blogs.   
Solution:  Instead I ask you to submit your blogs to the Jakarta EE blog repo and make sure your voice is traceable and properly added to the website.

Your thoughts are valuable, your thoughts are not meant to be pleasing to the WG but a window to understanding more of what to keep, what to drop, what to do more of.
