Sorry for the late response, but is there any reason why is a generic 0.9.x version has been created instead of a specific 0.9.0. If I remember correctly, we have discussed it last time when 0.7.1 was created that in the future, to avoid confusion we would create a specific version for each planned release? We just did not want to change the existing version tags.
Additionally, this approach would make the newly announced Project portal feature work for IncQuery in the future (http://waynebeaton.wordpress.com/2014/04/29/automatically-generated-bug-lists-for-releases/)
