[incquery-dev] xcore branch

Hi all

I have created a new branch, named xcore.
This one contains all the necessary changes to make it possible to 
define IncQuery based derived features in Xcore.
The 2 Xcore specific plugins are also uploaded and the modified EPackage 
import (for eiq files) is used in this branch.
