[ice-dev] Switching to Java 8 for the build?

Does anyone object to switching to Java 8 for the build on all of our 
machines?

You should check and make sure that you are building with Java 8 before 
ignoring this email. If you are not building with Java 8, give it a try 
and let me know what you think.
