Target platform is 3.4 now, to avoid patching EMF dependencies.

After a quick test on eclipse-jee-europa-winter-macosx-carbon, I found  
that the basics work (classpath container, settings...) but many other  
are missing (I noticed wtp integration and specialiced editors).
